Part Two - Tangled Webs and deception by an allegedly clean DV advocate and battered mom

Shayne has been doing some research and has run across some very interesting links and records. These are all public records, available on the internet for anyone to find. Janice claims to be an abused mom who set up PMA because she was abused by her husband. I have found her docket for her divorce in Contra Costa county California. Contra Costa county is well known for hiding things and leaving stuff out and losing files and paperwork filed, so I will give Janice the opportunity to answer these claims (a much better opportunity than she has given Maria, Lorraine, Claudine, Jen or any of the others that Adamt Wolfe is attacking).

Below you will see the Sarasota County Civil Court docket for Janice - notice all the traffic tickets and blatant disregard for traffic laws. Hmmm this sullies her lily white exterior just a tad.



Then you can move on down to the criminal record Janice has. Yes you read that right - CRIMINAL RECORD. It is for driving on a suspended license and she pled guilty to the charge. Yep going to need quite a bit of bleach to whiten this up now.



You can also see the list of court cases in Contra Costa county California - which includes the divorce from her husband which she claims who she claims was abusive. Notice all the non paying of bills that took place here - including a lawyer from the divorce case.



Then you have the actual docket from her divorce case from back in the 90's!!!! There are a few filing back and forth concerning child support, custody, a surgery for one of the children, but you can also see multiple filings from Janice and her husband regarding spousal support?!?!?!?!?!?



Now I do not want to point fingers, but I have been unable to locate any restraining orders, injunctions, protection orders, any criminal case with her ex-husband regarding abuse. Janice - you are welcome to come here and post proof of your claims. My comments are open and free for anyone to use.

Oh the tangled webs we weave when we practice to deceive

Now ATW is all about being clear and concise as can be seen in the comment section towards commenter "Jen". She makes several statements and It-Wolf takes her meaning literally and thinks that is enough to call her out and 'prove' she is a liar. Well I am going to show the ties between all of these people and sadly - a well respected dv advocate and author has allowed himself to be suckered into this. Or maybe not, time will tell when and if It-Wolf decides to feel froggy again. So far we have nothing but silence from that side of the world. Well as they say it is time for the games. Janice and Adamt Wolfe (which is a fake name and should be reported to Facebook as such) is friends with Lundy. Check one.



Adamt Wolfe is also friends with Bill Windsor. As you can see from Joey Is A Little Kid author has covered the tragedy that is Bill Windsor since November 27, 2012 and has increased the coverage when Bill Windsor decided that AMPP is a hate group (see AMPP is a Hate Group). It was then that gingersnap decided to cover Bill Windsor full time since Joey Dauben was headed to jail and the Bill Windsor saga was so much more entertaining with his cease and desists and most recently his abates. You can see below that Adamt Wolfe is also friends with Act of Courage. Who is Act of Courage? Well he is also known as Glen Gibellina also known as Lawless America Florida. By all appearances from his postings on Twitter, Facebook, LA FL blog, and the LA page he despises women. Does that include his own mother? He uses the Act of Courage moniker in order to give himself high fives on various articles he writes, when he is not dragging his ex wife back into court to make her pay or asking the courts to suspend child support for 54 days (when he pays it - you can look him up and see he has a judgement for past due support owed to his children with no proof it has been honored and cleared). Now below you can see that Janice Levinson refuses to be open about her friends list (if you are afraid of something, then make a personal page/wall and a professional page/wall - many advocates do that). But you can see who she follows. And as shown below she is too afraid to friend Adamt Wolfe from It-Wolf blog, but she will follow him.



Now the comical part that we must all ponder is the likes on Adamt Wolfe's page. I only took screenshots of those who are supposed to be protecting victims, or those who have a dangerous connection, but there were 25 friends on Adamt Wolfe's page. At least 6 of them had to do with bullying. Now after reading and participating in the It-Wolf blog, one must wonder if Adamt Wolfe joined these bully pages to stop bullying or to get pointers on how to do it effectively.

You can also see by the like of Adamt Wolfe, that he likes several dv pages, even more bully pages, all things that on the face of it would make one think he is a very true person who wants to stop bullies, dv, violence, sexual assault. So please explain to me why he bullied 'Jen' and why he allowed others to bully 'Jen'?



She did not have one call as stated by several on that blog - it was day after day after day, week after week after week, month after month after month. Jen wanted proof that Lundy was involved and never received it until 3 years after the phone calls stopped. Jen was dumped after putting in valuable hours that were taken away from her family, her obligations in order to assist in what she thought was a very good cause.

Now Jen is targeted by PMA members, Adamt Wolfe, Bill Windsor and many others? And do we forget about Lorraine and Claudine who were also targeted by Bill Windsor and Adamt Wolfe.

Lorraine is angry and rightfully so. Janice and PMA states that PMA does not get involved in individual cases. Well they did get involved in Lorraine's case when Lorraine went to jail because Lorraine's daughter refused to go with her father. Lorraine spent days in jail before the father was finally forced by the courts to take his daughter. Daddy dearest Craig was going to not get this child so the mother could sit in jail - "like the monkey she is" (statement by the father of Lorraine's child). Lorraine is finally released from jail as stated above because the father was finally FORCED to take the child, and Lorraine comes home to see how things fell on Facebook, and what is the first thing she notices? The page set up by PMA/Janice with only PMA/Janice and Lorraine as owners/moderators, is now something to do with Wiccan worship? What was the meaning behind that? Was Janice trying to send Lorraine a message? Was Janice angry with Lorraine as show was with Jen due to Lorraine's absence from the computer and inability to give more time to PMA while she was in jail?

Then we have Claudine. Claudine is one of the parties to the Mother's Day petition to the IACHR regarding battered women losing custody. The time is nearing a conclusion on that case. The Gonzalez case was returned and one would think a decision would be close for this case as well. There is so much involved which would explain why it is taking so long for a decision. Janice, It-Wolf is and could potentially destroy a decision on that case due to their constant internet harassment of Claudine.

We also can see on It-Wolf's blog that not only does he go after AMPP, but indirectly he goes after BMCC (Battered Mother's Custody Conference), CPPA (California Protective Parents Association), MOLC (Mothers Of Lost Children), Kathleen Russell, CJE (Center For Judicial Excellence), and many more. Yet they do not say one word about Bill Windsor and his stalking of innocent and many times handicapped victims? They do not say a word about the hate spewed by Act of Courage towards women on his blog and Facebook page? More on this to come, I simply wanted to reveal this before it "goes away", because we all know things have a tendency to disappear on the Internet.

AMPP is labeled a 'Hate Group'

Well according to the first It-Wolf post (the first of many attacking AMPP), AMPP is a hate group.

Hmmmmm can we expound upon that a little? Why is AMPP a hate group? What facts are presented besides a few internet postings (that could be made by anyone)? A statement by Janice Levinson? Is the the same Janice Levinson who spent months on daily calls with a protective mother from Florida? The same Janice Levinson who then refused that mothers calls when the abuser in her case lodged false allegations against the mother with CPS? The same Janice who did this with four other protective/advocate mothers? One mother who went to jail because her daughter refused to visit the abusive father due to molestation and physical abuse issues? And while that mother was in jail, the Facebook page created to drum up support for this mother was changed to a wiccan support network? Janice and this protective mother were the only ones with access to that Facebook page, and the change was made while the mother sat in jail. The page was intact when the mother went to court, mother was taken immediately from court to jail.

That gives us a simple tool called common sense and process of elimination.

Now we move on to the other protective mother in question. No matter your beliefs, if this mother is causing her children harm, there are steps they can take without going on the internet to stop her internet activity, if there is validity to their claims. I do not understand the belief that well since she is doing this, I will do this. Tit for tat I believe that is called.

So back to the crux of this post. ATW (here and forever after known as It-Wolf) has stated that AMPP is a hate group. I submit that while the language used by some of those affiliated with AMPP might be quite colorful, using the 'f' word does not make a group a hate group. Spouting racial slurs and disallowing members of a certain culture to not belong to your group would constitute hatred towards that group. But a group that specifically states they are supportive of mothers and only mothers, does not make them a hate group.

If that is the case then PMA is a hate group as well because they are Protective Mothers Alliance. AMPP has never stated that PMA is a hate group, I do believe their entire policy regarding PMA, is they will nit work with PMA nor , and they h not demand that anyone who is h to both PMA/AMPP choose between the two. AMPP has never asked anyone for money, none of the women who run AMPP receive a dime for their efforts with AMPP or the battered mother's movement.

I believe this is enough for this post. I welcome all comments. As I stated on It-Wolf's blog, I do not censor, nor do I alter comments. There is only one rule here. Unless you give your full identity (ie don't hide behind a dog) do not come here and name someone else's name, unless it is YOUR name.

Now that I have your curiosity peaked...

Well Shayne, I can hear you now.  What are you talking about?  What could have you in such a dander?  Well I am talking about those who refuse to reveal their identity and go after those who have been victimized.  This person (or people if you believe them) go after those who have done amazing work and have been heard on so many levels.  They ignore and place in harm's way the very victims they allegedly seek to protect.  They say they are not advocates but they have spoken out for a familiar group to all - PMAI - Protective Mothers Alliance International.  They say they do not speak for any group, yet they ignore the many harmful actions they themselves have taken in exposing women to harm.


And guess what?  Like a good little sheeple I will go right along with them.


Fooled ya!! Nah not so much.  I might be a woolly little sheep, but I am not a sheeple by far.  Again as I stated before I have screenshots showing the harm that this blogger who insists they are a "group" of "investigative reporters" following all leads and information sent them.

This blogger has been posting since February 17th.  Now what was happening on February 17, 2013 that would cause the creation of this blog?  Maybe examining the first post will help us?  Does the first post have any type of welcome or explanation as to who this blogger is and what they hope to accomplish?  Check out the screenshot below for your answer on that one:

Now I looked for an "about page.  Could not find one.  I got an email from one of my favorite bloggers and she told me to watch out, this wolf was out for blood and taking no prisoners.  He/she/it was targeting anyone and everyone it seemed who had a complaint about Lawless America or PMAI.  Now I sat back and watched and waited.  I sent out my investigators (very large team of those by the way).  Nothing came forth on a mission statement, an "about" page, or anything of the sort until nearly the end of April.  Now why is that?  And what are these women who left abusive relationships to think about a website putting their pictures up, calling them out as bullies when they are simply angry and voicing that anger or even worse as in some cases, they are trying to remove themselves from an extremely volatile and sad situation, that as one of my investigators has pointed out - will set the battered mother's movement back many years - if not decades (I just added that decades part myself).  These women and mothers - many with minor children in their homes still, had no clue who this "wolf" was, and why they were being targeted.  When they attempted to defend themselves they were attacked even more.


So the dog blog as it is so affectionately referred to at another blog, has decided it is their life mission to expose all these mean nasty moms who are big old bad old cyberbullies.

Welcome one and all to my little corral on this big wide world web.  This is something altogether new for me so please be patient as I settle in.  I have been conversing with my two cousins you see and I see something wrong in this big ol' stratosphere (shew that was a big word).

I see a big nasty wolf person, thing, it picking on some little people trying to stay safe and protect their youngun's.  Now my shepherd boy who protects me is busy and I just thought I would sneak off and protect these little mommas (and daddies).

Someone has been slipping me little tidbits of info and screenshots here and there.  And I see something very wrong here.  In the words of Bill Murray in Stripes - I see something very wrong here, very very wrrrrrrrrrrrrrong here.  And I intend to correct that.  Now it will soon become apparent about that which I speak.  And again my email is on my profile so please if you have any info you would like to share, please feel free to do so.
